The focus of this program is going until total failure. Every set in this program should be performed until total failure so you'll find specific notes for each exercise contained in the spreadsheet.

Day 1 is Chest and Biceps, Day 2 is Back and Triceps, Day 3 is Legs and Shoulders and every workout day you should be doing abs.
